Apparently rumors of my sexcapades throughout college reached even her ears, because she wants nothing to do with me, which makes beta testing a bitch. I have thirty days to win her over and prove myself to my bosses.

One thing's for certain, I'm going to have to buy a hell of a lot of carrots.

Hilarious! Finn never sees it coming but his friends craft the best setup ever. He is the last single man standing in their group and Knox, Leo & Slater see an opportunity when Finn starts working in the office. Jillian loves working at Wingmen Inc and is focused on getting a promotion. When Finn struts in, well, she finds herself distracted. When Lex & Ian ask Finn and Jillian to do final testing of the new app, neither one can say no. The challenge, how will these two fight their attraction when they have to work so closely together? I enjoyed this story. It made me laugh out loud more than once while letting me understand what really makes Finn tick. Jillian is the perfect match for his intensity. Then we have Aunt Nadine who can’t help but meddle. All of this gave me a fun, sexy romance to escape into.

Oh boy, Slater’s patience and self-control are being tested when Tatum, Finn’s sister, ends up their suite mate due to a room shortage. Tatum is pulling out all the stops to entice Slater. See, she has a secret and Slater knows more about her personal life than she realizes. Of course, Finn has declared his sister off-limits. What is a best friend to do when all roads keep pointing to Tatum as “the one” for him? Tatum is working to rebuild her confidence after her last boyfriend slandered her reputation. Transferring schools was the best choice to leave behind all the rumors and pain, getting to be around Slater is a bonus. But how does she convince him to risk his friendship with Finn and take a chance on her? It was so much fun to experience Slater’s struggles and Tatum’s fabulous methods to push all his buttons. Delight Me: A Stark Ever After Collection and Story by J. Kenner
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Beautiful Christmas novella for Damien and Nikki. I love that this novella included wonderful quotes and moments between Damien and Nikki while also delivering some bonus scenes that had been released via the author’s newsletter. This all leads to a wonderful holiday story where Damien shows again how much he loves his family when Grandpa Frank is stranded in Mexico. As he celebrates with Nikki at an event, he sees her holiday expectations dim when Frank calls and says he won’t make it back. Well, that’s not good enough for Damien so he works to make all her dreams come true. Add in the joy that their two daughters bring to their family and this is a true miracle of love to devour. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Leo has all the swagger without the inflated ego. Sure, he has confidence and knows he is good looking but he doesn’t let that go to his head. When his teacher crush from high school ends up as his adjunct professor as a senior in college, well, Leo’s world is actually made. Realizing that Kora, aka Mrs. Robinson, actually needs the services of Wingmen Inc, he sets aside his feeling to do his job and help Kora through a rough situation with her soon to be ex-husband. Kora’s confidence has faded following an abusive relationship. Experiencing how the Wingmen help her find that confidence again was a great pleasure. But the real heart of this story is how Leo and Kora connect, finally acknowledging their true feelings. And as Kora has to face her demons, Leo reveals his own which enhances their relationship as they both have overcome troublesome relationships. Something that I loved is how Leo uses who he is along with his father’s connections to be the white knight for Kora. I was so surprised by this and love how this unfolded. This journey put a smile on my face and hope in my heart. I read this book using Kindle Unlimited.

To me, this is an interesting and amazing twist on a second chance romance. Lia is on the verge of marrying Aaron, frantically working to make her wedding the perfect event only to find out that the groom forgot the rings. He is too hungover to drive an hour away to retrieve the rings so off Lia goes with Miles, Aaron's best friend and best man. Now, it's December in Colorado and snow is in the forecast so you can imagine, what Lia is planning as an easy 9 hour trip, doesn't go as planned. Fighting blizzard like conditions, Lia and Miles end up stranded at a rest stop and this is where the real fun begins. See, Lia and Miles had a one-night stand before Lia ever started dating Aaron. This one night was actually pretty amazing for both of them but neither ever admitted to the other. Now, trapped together, will the truth be revealed how they truly feel? I wasn't sure about this story and whether I would like the journey but I loved how Katy Evans delivers on the true struggles we face as we navigate love and relationships. These roads aren't easy and I'm extremely glad I got to go along for the ride with Lia and Miles on theirs. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
