Rose and Zander have found a love that neither expected. The challenge now is getting Rose to commit to the actual wedding date. Zander has amazing patience as they work on strengthening their relationship as he introduces her to his family. I don’t want to give away all the great moments and unexpected surprises that I didn’t see coming for Rose. She is still haunted by what happened to her as a child but through this journey with Zander, the mystery may be solved giving her a stronger sense of self. Through it all, she continues to face her fears and build her confidence. There is true beauty in the final chapters as they both face the fears of parenthood and open their home to a deserving child. Allowing them to heal the wound of abandonment that they each carry. I enjoyed spending time with this couple and feeling all the ups and downs with them along the way. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

“Then teach me.”

“Are you sure?” His gaze doesn’t leave my face, and I know he’s checking for any of my nervous tics.

“I might be shy about these things, Zander, but I want to experience, or at least try, everything with you.”

A playful smile plays on his lips at my words. “Everything. That’s a big word, couch girl.”

“Not as big as you,” I murmur, rubbing myself against his hardening p****

“Oh, Rose. You shouldn’t have done that, babe.” He leans forward and grabs my lavender pillow from the bed. Throwing it on the floor next to my feet, he says, “Get on your knees. Class starts now.”

My hands move from where they were resting on his chest. Zander grabs them at the last moment and helps me get down.

“What should I do?” In this position, I’m eye level with the towel knot around his waist.

“Close your eyes.”

I look at him in confusion. How can I do this with my eyes closed? I’m not even sure I can do it right with my eyes wide open. But when Zander simply stares down at me, waiting for me to follow his instruction, I comply.

“Do you really want to do this, couch girl?”

I smile despite the nerves. My heart swoons at his tenderness, and some of the nerves settle down.

He knows my heart.

I open my eyes and nod, determined to give him the best blow job in the whole world.

“Then remove the towel. I’m all yours.”

Daisy and Keaton stole my heart. This is an amazing couple. Each of them has walled themselves off from their emotions after suffering a huge loss of their first loves. Their families have other plans for them and do a great job in orchestrating chance encounters to keep pushing them together. When they agree to work on a new project for the homeless in town, they start to realize they have more in common than was expected. Keaton is carrying a bigger burden of the family construction business and legacy that is in trouble. He frustrated me because he wouldn’t share this with his brothers. As the town bully, Mitchell, worked to undermine their relationship, it puts Keaton in an impossible situation. Will he realize that he isn’t alone as he faces these new challenges? Will he give up on a new love out of family loyalty? Daisy always impresses me with her positive attitude but even she finally had to be honest with her emotions and open up to her family. So much to love in the twists and turns for this couple. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life -- a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can't forget that. She's also been a mom, with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She's been a wife, though she's certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook. She's also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she's been drinking whiskey. When she's not writing, she's reading, sleeping, gaming, or designing graphics.

Wow, there is so much to love and enjoy with Ronan and Brandy’s story. Ronan is working very hard to deny that he is attracted to Brandy, believing he isn’t worthy of love. Brandy has horrible luck with relationships and an earlier trauma makes her very skeptical of men. But being around Ronan provides her a security and comfort she never believes she will have. Her life takes a crazy turn when she finds a dead body in her living room. Now Ronan won’t let her leave his side as he works to protect her and solve the mystery that has fallen into her life. Ronan is an amazing protector of those he loves and considers family so him not wanting love in his life is another mystery and getting to peal back his layers to learn the pain he carries adds another wonderful dimension to this captivating story. I was pulled in with the suspense, mystery along with the fun and sexy connection between Ronan and Brandy. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
