Fabulous beginning to the Maxwell brother’s series. Tate is a single dad who is determined to provide a wonderful life for his daughter. As driven as he is with his wine making business, he is home every evening to cook dinner for his daughter Paisley. The one challenge is that he keeps losing nannies to take care of her during the day. Lexi loves being an elementary school teacher and is looking for a summer job to help her parents with some unexpected bills. What a great opportunity when the placement service sends her on an interview for a nanny position. Tate has focused on Paisley since the divorce and hasn’t opened up his heart again and have it broken. He sees himself as a failure in the love department and doesn’t believe it can happen for him.
