Dylan firmly believes that relationships aren’t for him. He tried and thought he found it only to have the woman walk away when he proposed. But in the Gallagher family, well, that just seems crazy that he wouldn’t want to find love. When he meets Isabelle’s trainer at the gym, he is captivated by Mel. Mel ended up dating a loser and since then, well, the dating pool hasn’t been kind but she wants to find that guy to build a life with. For years, it’s just been her and her dad so wanting a husband and family is a true dream for her. Dylan is a surprise at the gym but even more surprising is all his gentlemanly and charming ways, something Mel hasn’t ever experienced before. Is Mel the woman that can repair Dylan’s heart and belief in love? Or will he give up the chance at something wonderful out of fear? I always enjoying spending time with the Gallagher family. They are a great support system for each other and have so much fun pushing each other’s buttons while helping each other navigate the ups and downs of life. It was wonderful to see how they embraced Mel and how much she truly needed that at this time of her life. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
