Piper has worked hard to build her online brand as an influencer, something her family wishes she wouldn’t do since they are wealthy. I love that Piper doesn’t take her family’s money for granted and wants to build a career for herself. What she doesn’t expect is to have a stalker fan that puts her life at risk. Tristan is the strong, silent type in his role as Piper’s bodyguard. He knows he can’t mix business with pleasure because if he loses focus, it could cost Piper her life. When her stalker, Jack, gets too close at her sister’s wedding, Tristan takes extreme measures by taking her to his family’s beach house to hide out. Suddenly being together around the clock allows this duo to get honest and open up to each other. There are so many fun moments as they learn to navigate sharing a house while the threat of Jack looms in the background. Getting to peel back each other’s layers and walls gave me a wonderfully sexy romance for this amazing couple. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
