I got swept up in this slow burn, age-gap romance. For Tatum, she has found the courage to break away from a difficult marriage which lands her at Easton’s shop, looking for a job. Easton has built a successful surf shop and is passionate about surfing. When Tatum inquires for a job, well, he can’t say no and having an apartment she can rent is a double bonus for her. When her almost ex shows up looking for her, they find themselves hiding out at the family beach house. Will Tatum find the confidence to admit her true feelings about Easton? Will Easton have the patience to woo Tatum? How will they deal with her obsessed ex? I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
