Fabulously sexy best friends to lover’s romance. Linc and Jordan have built an amazing friendship when Jordan spent afternoon’s at Linc’s house and a friendship was born while her mother worked as the Kingston housekeeper. Linc is now running the family business and Jordan is his personal assistant which is invaluable as their friendship makes it easier for her to anticipate what he needs. When Linc finds out that his father has another kid in the world, he does everything he can to locate them which involves a trip to Florida to meet her. He insists that Jordan go with him since she has always been his rock. Jordan is struggling with their relationship now that realizes her connection to Linc is deeper than she thought, love. These two need to be together but they both are afraid of damaging the relationship they have now. The struggle is real as they tap dance around their true feelings which gave me a compelling romance to devour. Will they? Won’t they? What crazy obstacles will they encounter along the way. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Compelling and thought-provoking journey for two lost souls that are trying to find peace. Quinton’s world revolves around revenge and avenging his mother’s death. There isn’t room for anything else in his life as he lives in the shadows to hunt down information and find ways to destroy the man that took away his mother. Living in Notre Dame is his refuge that allows him to protect this sacred cathedral too. When Esme walks in with her vibrant personality, he does what he always does and suspects she is a spy. Esme is passionate about her work to 3-D image historical buildings to record and document how each was truly constructed. Getting the chance to do this at Notre Dame is a dream come true. When she crosses paths with Monsieur Gargoyle, she is immediately intrigued and drawn to him. Deep down they share more than they realize. There are so many amazing layers to this journey that kept me turning the page in anticipation of what would happen next. I had moments that gave me overwhelming hope but then there were times of great pain and sorrow which weren’t always easy to read. Each moment is necessary to truly appreciate a love that can bloom for despair. But this isn’t the end of their journey and right now, I’m desperate for book 2. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

The crazy thing, she isn’t familiar with the band so when she walks in and is immediately captivated by Brayden, the lead singer. She soon realizes that the band isn’t excited about her being there and this new project. Brayden is passionate about his music and doesn’t make time for other things in his life. Meeting Isabelle, he finds himself inspired musically while also wanting to spend time with her. He also knows, anyone he dates will be thrown to the wolves of the paparazzi, will she be able to handle the chaos? Does he want to bring that into her life? I love Isabelle’s passion for life and her fearless attitude to embrace whatever life gives her. For Brayden, he needs this in his life after living in the public eye for so long, he is jaded and has been hiding away to protect himself and his family.
