I swear I didn’t mean to flirt with the world-famous Brayden Clarke—especially not right in the middle of an interview for a job.
It was a slip—or perhaps a gut reaction to his smoldering eyes and deep, sexy voice.
To my total disbelief, they give me the assignment. My task is simple: advise Brayden and his band on how to communicate with their fans. Easy-peasy. Or so I thought...
I can handle the job, but the sexy lead singer who's intent on getting under my skin might be too hot to resist.
But our lives are too different. His life is under constant scrutiny. I thrive on freedom and spontaneity. I like exploring the streets of New York and meeting up with my siblings without needing security detail.
But when we’re together, all our differences fade, and I can’t get enough of this man. And he won’t quit until he makes me his.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Isabelle gets an interesting job as a therapist to help profile a rock band and built a strategy to help them connect with their fans. The crazy thing, she isn’t familiar with the band so when she walks in and is immediately captivated by Brayden, the lead singer. She soon realizes that the band isn’t excited about her being there and this new project. Brayden is passionate about his music and doesn’t make time for other things in his life. Meeting Isabelle, he finds himself inspired musically while also wanting to spend time with her. He also knows, anyone he dates will be thrown to the wolves of the paparazzi, will she be able to handle the chaos? Does he want to bring that into her life? I love Isabelle’s passion for life and her fearless attitude to embrace whatever life gives her. For Brayden, he needs this in his life after living in the public eye for so long, he is jaded and has been hiding away to protect himself and his family. These two are combustible together as they navigate building a relationship and blending two demanding careers. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
