🔥🔥 HOT NEW RELEASE 🔥🔥
Fastest Girl in Town by Dr. Rebecca Sharp is LIVE! Don’t miss this action-packed romance between a local cop and a NASCAR driver that will handcuff your emotions and set your heart racing… #OneClickToday

BOOK BLURB Dani Lambert lives in the fast lane.   As the country’s most famous female NASCAR driver, she lives for pushing the pedal to the metal. With only weeks until the Daytona 500, one wrong turn and one missed bullet leave Dani narrowly escaping with her life. And when the shooter speeds off, Dani knows she can catch him…   She just needs to borrow a cop car to do it.   By default, Sheriff Brandon Stark doesn’t like people who break the law. Especially when their infractions involve stealing his patrol car. But liking someone has nothing to do with wanting them. And his duty to investigate has nothing to do with the way the feisty, fearless racer leaves him wanting.   Tracking down a killer should be a one-lane street, but Dani refuses to let the handsome policeman do all the work. As they chase down leads, the attraction between them revs into the red and soon desire is racing at break-neck speed with more than lives on the line.   To catch a killer, the good sheriff will learn his heart will break any law.   And the fastest girl in town will learn she can’t outrun love.

My Review:
Fastest Girl in TownFastest Girl in Town by Rebecca Sharp
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Dani lives the adrenaline rush of speed which is great when she is on the track racing but gets her into trouble driving around town. Being pulled over by Sheriff Stark elicits another ticket but also her first encounter with the sexy sheriff. The next time she sees him, she is being shot at and he comes to her rescue. Brandon knows that many of his officers will give Dani Lambert a pass on a speeding ticket but not him, he does his job by the book. When he sees again and she has a gun pointed at her, he is shocked by his immediate need to protect, not just in a professional capacity. As Dani is preparing for a big race, she finds herself needing Brandon’s help, something she isn’t used to needing or asking for in her life. But will spending time with sexy Sheriff Brandon really be a hardship? Brandon finds himself enjoying how Dani pushes his buttons as he works to figure out who wants her dead. These two have a sexy, fun journey with the perfect balance of suspense thrown in. As a Nascar fan, I was bothered by inconsistencies in how the teams prepare for the Dayton 500 and terminology about areas around the track for crews and spotters. But I loved that this featured a female racer and the chemistry between Dani and Brandon provided a fabulous escape. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
